Some events mark not just a date on the calendar, but a milestone in a brand’s evolution. For Aquatir, participating in the international exhibition Seafood Expo Global 2025, held from May 6 to 8 in Barcelona, was exactly that kind of event.

A full-cycle complex built in Europe, our own laboratory, a closed water supply system (RAS), and control at every stage — these are not just facts; they are the foundation of trust.

We presented our entire product line — four types of caviar differing in flavor profiles and pricing categories:
• Beluga Caviar (Huso huso)

• Russian Sturgeon Caviar (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii)
A versatile premium product ideal for restaurants and gourmet shops: rich taste with nutty notes and a bronze hue.
• Bester Caviar (Beluga x Sterlet hybrid)
The perfect balance of taste and affordability: bold, expressive, and accessibly priced while retaining premium quality.
• Sterlet Caviar (Acipenser ruthenus)
Delicate, pure taste with a silvery-grey color and small grains — an optimal choice for broad culinary applications.
